In a brilliant prank conjured up by Blick newspaper, Inter Milan winger Xherdan Shaqiri disguised himself as (fictional) coaching legend Hansueli Strasser and went along to oversee a training session with a Swiss youth team.
While his make-up and wiry beard initially proved enough to swindle the youngsters, eventually they began to cotton on to the fact that something was awry when the bedraggled octogenarian began displaying his lightning pace and dazzling footwork.
Indeed, once the jig was up, Shaqiri pulled off his wig, signed a barrage of autographs and even stuck around for a kick-about with the kids.
