Vote: Will you still watch a World Cup without the United States?

The United States' surprising 2-1 defeat at Trinidad & Tobago on Tuesday night means it has failed to qualify for the World Cup for the first time since 1986.

There will be plenty of blame to go around in the coming days following a result that has already been called the most embarrassing loss in national team history.

Until then, where do you stand? Where does your interest lie in the World Cup, which will take place in Russia beginning in June? Will you still watch? Who will you support? Make your position known in the poll below.

Twenty-three of the 32 teams that will compete in the World Cup have already qualified. Without the United States, the North America, Central America and Caribbean region will be represented by Mexico, Costa Rica, Panama and potentially Honduras, which will face Australia in a playoff next month.
