The Barbarians have announced that they will be sponsored for the next two years investment management specialists Gartmore.
"We have some important matches in the remainder of the season playing at Leicester and Northampton in March, followed by our traditional Summer Tour playing Scotland, Wales and England at the end of May, all within the space of nine days," announced Barbarians President Micky Steele-Bodger.
"Then a special finale to the season with a match against Portugal in Lisbon on Portuguese National Day, June 10th, to celebrate the centenary of the first rugby match being played in that country."
"We believe that Gartmore and the Barbarians have much to offer each other and look forward to a successful and happy partnership," concluded Steele-Bodger.
