New Zealand's Ben Blair has been ruled out of the rest of the tournament after he suffered a prolapsed disc in a training session.
"The injury is not career threatening," All Blacks team manager Tony Thorpe said. "We have made a decision which we believe to be in Ben's best interests and obviously the team's as well."
Blair's place in the squad will go to Auckland's Ben Atiga.
