For the first time in an English club match a Television Match Official (TMO) will be in use this Sunday at the inaugural Zurich Championship Final at Twickenham. Brian Campsall will be the TMO and will assist match referee Steve Lander in key decisions.
Nick Bunting, Head of Officiating, commented "the Zurich Championship Final is the showpiece end of season game and it was felt that this would be an excellent opportunity to use a television match official for the first time ever in a club match".
The Zurich Championship Final between Bath and Leicester Tigers takes place this Sunday May 13th at Twickenham.
