Swansea have made six changes, one positional, from the team that defeated Stade Francais for the trip to L'Aquila this Sunday.
In the back division Kevin Morgan returns at full-back in place of David Weatherley following a sciatic nerve problem, whilst Sililo Martens plays at scrum-half instead of Rhodri Jones.
Up front, suspensions rule out Garin Jenkins and Colin Charvis, so into the side come Chris Wells and Dean Thomas. Paul Moriarty plays at blind-side flanker, with Geraint Lewis moving to No.8 and Hywel Jenkins dropping down to the replacement's bench. Under 21's hooker Kevin Allen features amongst the replacements.
