The Raiders knew that their only chance was to take some early wickets, and even though Egan, Carmichael, Topping came and went. It was the two left-handers that steadied the ship to take their team home. Wilson was the pick of the bowlers this morning, but with so little runs to defend, it was always going to be tough for the Raiders to make a match of this. We've just heard from the match officials that Jake Egan has been named the player of the match, with 138 runs across his two Innings. Will it be enough to get him a place in the Ireland test squad?
