2.1 and he has his man! The big, little man! Attempts the reverse sweep first ball of the over, and why not - why would you question Vaibhav Sooryavanshi's shot selection in a T20 game? - but it isn't a shot he plays that often. The line was right too, outside off stump. Anyway, there's a bit of extra bounce, a bit of glove, I think, to the keeper, and he has to walk back 28/1
7.5 got him, and Pakistan will breathe a lot easier now, after all the chances they've given Abhishek. This was nearly another. Jumps out again, but this time the ball keeps a bit low and sneaks under Abhishek's bat, giving him no time to adjust having shaped for the big hit. The low bounce nearly foxes Usman too, but he manages to gather it - if not in the cleanest manner - and complete the stumping 93/3
3.5 hard length, and it does the job. Good ball. Hits the pitch on the shorter side of a length, and ends up cramping Samson on the pull. Ends up hitting high on the bat and lobbing straight to mid-on 51/2
14.1 sharp catch at extra cover from the Pakistan captain! Iyer tried to make room and steer it over the fielder, but never got enough height on it. Farhan made that look simple, but it was a good catch, and Iyer's battle of an innings concludes 133/5
13.1 cleans him up, does Minhas!. Some wicket turn, with the ball ripping back and kissing the top of off. It was a lazy attempt at a push through the onside from Kishan with little movement, and he pays the price after a stodgy little innings 128/4

19.1 slower bouncer, and he holes out to deep midwicket, where Maaz takes a very good catch. Looked for much of the balls journey that it was going to sail over, but the young fielder was composed, knew his bearings, and made the catch look fairly straightforward 195/6

3.4 and now it's out of the middle of the bat, and straight into the hands of the fielder at deep midwicket. Washington gets India their breakthrough. Length ball turning from off to leg, and Farhan sinks down for the slog-sweep, front leg going leg-side to create swinging room. I think he was a little late getting into position, and wasn't fully balanced when he made contact with the ball. Only hit it as far as the fielder on the boundary 33/1
6.1 and he gets his second. Pitches outside leg, with his angle taking the ball towards the stumps, and Sadaqat drops onto his back knee for the aerial sweep. Once again, India get a wicket simply for having the fielder in the right place for the bowler's line, and the batter not getting as much power into the shot as ideal. Washington Sundar catches it on the edge of trhe boundary at deep backward square leg, and then ensures he completes it with a juggle while stepping out of the field of play and back in 39/3
4.5 gone. Usman was looking antsy out there, and Axar just kept bowling good areas. On the fuller side of a length, angling into leg stump. Looks to clear his front leg and slog it away, but it's probably too full for him to get the elevation he wants. Hits it straight to Shivam Dube, who catches it just over his head at midwicket 36/2
19.6 strikes off the final ball! India win the gold medal! Slower bouncer sees Nawaz nick off, and India defend what they won in Hangzhou. They were always ahead in the game, even if Pakistan gave them a few nervier moments than India expected. But they were the better side, and always the side that was ahead in this game. And they are ahead as the game draws to a close. India clinch their seventh consecutive T20I win over Pakistan, and India's men do what their women did earlier, win a gold medal in the cricket. 192/6
14.1 and India get the wicket they'd been after, and Dube's golden arm strikes again. Saim tried to use the pace of the bowler, but there wasn't much to work with, and it ended up being a remarkable catch running in from square leg by Washington Sundar 126/4
17.3 Sundar strikes. It was a lazy slog from Samad, not much footwork there. He was rushed by the quicker ball from the bowler, and his hack achieved more elevation than distance. It's a simple catch for long-on, and India can smell gold now 162/5
