Lautaro Martínez scored a stoppage-time winner as Inter Milan came from behind to beat Napoli 3-2 and maintain their perfect start to the new Serie A season.
Napoli, with former AC Milan boss Massimiliano Allegri back at San Siro, had looked in control after two goals in the space of five minutes early in the second half from Matteo Politano and Rasmus Højlund.

Martínez, though, started the fightback before Marcus Thuram headed an equaliser with eight minutes left and the Inter captain then snatched victory in added time after Napoli failed to clear a corner.
"It was a great game to watch, really entertaining and a fantastic advert for Italian football," Inter coach Christian Chuvu said in a news conference. "Even at 2-2, both teams kept going for it rather than sitting back, and there were some huge chances at both ends late on.
"In the end, we were the ones celebrating because we scored the 3-2, but Napoli deserve a lot of credit. They're a strong side, full of players who can make the difference, and they're very well coached."
Martínez found the winner after Manuel Akanji scrambled a loose ball to him at the far post to poke home, unleashing celebrations at San Siro. The Argentina international was joined by his forward partner Thuram for this trademark celebration as he climbed the perimeter fence to be among the fans.
"Marcus joined me today. He always tells me I'm crazy for going up there because he never wants to do it, but this time he came with me," Martínez said.
The winning effort was Martínez's 134th goal for Inter, taking him past Stefano Nyers for third place on Inter's all-time list. It also gave Inter a third Serie A win from two goals down in 2026, the most of any team in Europe's top five leagues.
Napoli, who finished second behind champions Inter last season, have now lost two in a row after falling to Como.
Allegri said afterward that his side were distracted by the nature of Inter's first goal.
Inter sparked into life in the 56th minute when a floated cross from the right by Piotr Zielinski looked to be dropping out at the far post. Federico Dimarco, though, made a brilliant recovery to cut the ball back through the six-yard box where Martínez stabbed it home.
"It's a painful defeat because we were 2-0 up and had other opportunities to score," Allegri said. "Unfortunately, we thought the ball had already gone out of play when Inter scored their first goal and that affected us.
"In any case, we need to remain calm because the performance was of a high level. At the moment, we're paying a heavy price for our mistakes, but in the long run the team will reap the rewards of the hard work we're putting in because we're continuing to grow."
Next up for Inter is a trip to Real Madrid in their Champions League opener on Tuesday, while Napoli host Premier League champions Arsenal a day later.
