Eagles' Jackson may head to IR with ankle injury

Eagles WR DeSean Jackson suffered a high ankle sprain during Thursday night's win, a source told ESPN's Adam Schefter. The early indication following Friday's MRI is that Jackson will not undergo surgery at this time, a source told ESPN.

Wentz: Comeback win vs. Giants 'a sigh of relief'

Carson Wentz struggled much of the night but led a pair of touchdown drives in the fourth quarter, including the go-ahead score with 40 seconds left, as the Philadelphia Eagles topped the New York Giants 22-21.
