NAIA-member Mobile earns 83-74 win over South Alabama
MOBILE, Ala. -- — Corien Frazier's 23 points helped Mobile defeat South Alabama 83-74 on Monday night in a season opener.
Frazier was 7-of-10 shooting, including 2 for 3 from 3-point range, and went 7 for 11 from the foul line for the Rams. Ezra McKenna scored 17 points while going 8 of 12 from the field. Treylan Smith shot 6 of 9 from the field and 2 for 5 from the free-throw line to finish with 15 points.
The Jaguars were led in scoring by Judah Brown, who finished with 21 points and two blocks. Isiah Gaiter added 14 points and four assists for South Alabama. Samuel Tabe also put up 12 points and six rebounds.
