UL Monroe knocks off Coastal Carolina 79-75
MONROE, La. -- — Nika Metskhvarishvili had 28 points in UL Monroe's 79-75 victory against Coastal Carolina on Wednesday night.
Metskhvarishvili also contributed seven rebounds for the Warhawks (8-14, 4-8 Sun Belt Conference). Tyreke Locure added 15 points, eight rebounds and four steals. Jacob Wilson finished with 13 points.
The Chanticleers (6-17, 3-9) were led in scoring by Jacob Meyer, who finished with 18 points and six assists. Coastal Carolina also got 16 points from Kylan Blackmon and 15 points from Braeden MacVicar.
