Daniels' 36 lead New Hampshire past Brown 82-64
DURHAM, N.H. -- — Clarence O. Daniels II scored 36 points to lead New Hampshire over Brown 82-64 on Tuesday night.
Daniels added nine rebounds for the Wildcats (2-1). Ahmad Robinson scored 17 points while going 4 of 13 and 8 of 9 from the free throw line, and added three steals. Jaxson Baker had 14 points and shot 5 for 9, including 2 for 5 from beyond the arc.
The Bears (0-3) were led in scoring by Nana Owusu-Anane, who finished with 20 points and 10 rebounds. Brown also got 19 points, six rebounds and two steals from Kalu Anya. In addition, Aaron Cooley had five points.
New Hampshire next plays Saturday against George Washington on the road. Brown will host Rhode Island College on Thursday.
