Walker scores 24, Eastern Kentucky defeats North Alabama 75-72

RICHMOND, Ky. -- — Leland Walker had 24 points in Eastern Kentucky's 75-72 victory against North Alabama on Thursday night.

Jacari Lane's jumper for North Alabama capped the scoring with 50 seconds left.

Walker shot 6 for 17 (2 for 4 from 3-point range) and 10 of 12 from the free-throw line for the Colonels (16-11, 11-2 Atlantic Sun Conference). Tayshawn Comer went 6 of 11 from the field to add 14 points. Isaiah Cozart had 12 points and shot 6 of 6 from the field.

Lane finished with 26 points for the Lions (13-15, 7-7). KJ Johnson added 11 points for North Alabama. In addition, Dallas Howell had 10 points and six rebounds.
