England have booked their spot in the European Under-19 Championships final after Lukas Nmecha's injury-time winner helped the Young Lions defeat the Czech Republic 1-0.

Extra time appeared to be on the cards after a goalless 90 minutes, before the 18-year-old Manchester City striker turned in Marcus Edwards' low cross in the 93rd minute.

Awaiting England in the final is Portugal, who beat the Netherlands 1-0 in the other semi.
